These fajitas are perfect or brunch or lunch as they're very light but will keep you filled for a few hours. If you like spicy food like me, this is the perfect lunch for you as it's very easy to make as well as it has a tangy flavor. When I first tried this recipe, I failed multiple times by adding too les spice, or too much salt. But when, I got the perfect quantity, I was so happy, I couldn't wait to share it with you guys. 1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 medium red oinion, sliced into strips
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1.5 cups chicken, torn into shreds
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
12 small soft tortilla wraps
3 tbsp diced chipotle peppers dipped in abodo sauce
1 avocado, sliced
2/3 cup salsa
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
1 lime, cut into wedges
